OPEN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

30th edition of the International “Coppa Tito Nordio”, intituted by the Council of USVI (past Italian Sailing Federation) on 20th of March 1960, as perpetual Challange for Star Class, and assignet to Yacht Club Adriaco, in memory of his Campion.
Tito Nordio sailed with Dinghy 12’ S.I. in the Olympic Games in 1928, finishing sixth. He was European I.Y.R.U Champion in the 1935 and European Champion of Star Class in the 1947.
Alfio Peraboni Trophy instituted in memory of Alfio Peraboni, is awarded to the best Italian bowman of the championship.
